Review content:
Like a lot of people, I would rather go to the dentist than buy a vehicle, however, Team Ford of Marietta made the process almost painless. This is the second time I have bought an automobile from Team Ford. Nine years ago, I bought my Ford Explorer, and it was the best car I have owned thus far. When it came time to purchase another vehicle, I automatically went back to Team Ford of Marietta. This time, I purchased a Ford Expedition, and I absolutely love it! Derek Cates, my salesperson, was recommended to me by a friend who has also bought a couple of vehicles from Team Ford. Derek was not pushy and listened to what I wanted, which is one of the best traits of a salesperson. Team Ford's business manager, Mike, was a delight to work with, and he went the extra mile to suggest different financing options that were in my better interest. As a female, the perception is that a car dealership can take advantage of her if she goes through the buying process herself. Although I was very well prepared when I went into Team Ford, I felt that Derek and Mike were ethical and honest. I hope to own my new Expedition for several years, and when it comes time to buy another one, I will most definitely go back to Team Ford of Marietta.
