Businiess name:  Tarzana Car Wash

BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH! Not only do they do a sloppy job, but one of the employees KEYED MY CAR when I complained to the manager that he was being rude. Then, when I told the manager that his employee had keyed my car, he got aggressively in my face calling me crazy while I was holding my toddler (I'm a 5'2"" woman). The manager said he saw the key mark there earlier (which is a total lie). I went into that door a few times while cleaning my kids karate clothes and toys out of the front seat, which is why the vacuum guy got an attitude with me, and all the while, the door was in perfect shape. Another customer intervened while the manager was yelling at me and told the manager that you can see the fresh paint and primer flakes at the keyline, and they wouldn't have been there AFTER my car wash if it had happened BEFORE my car wash. Then, the manager got into this other customer's face and yelled threateningly at him. Then, as the vacuum guy walked away as the car wash closed, he smiled at me really big. 2 witnesses stayed with me while I waited an hour for the cops to arrive and take a report. The manager and employes all left before the cops got there. The other customers made a really horrible day a lot better, but I warn you STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I will now have to take the jerks to court. Moral of the story: don't be fooled by coupons. These people are not just sloppy but criminals too.
