I am very disappointed in this company. My HOA signed a contract with Accurate Waste who got bought out by Waste Services...so needless to say, I got stuck into a contract with them. I received a letter stating they were cutting back on their recycling program and would only pick up blue bags twice a month. This will require a lot of storage of trash on the homeowners end if they choose to participate in recycling. The letter however did not state anything regarding paper recycling, so we assumed it would stay the same. I was very upset this morning when I found my nice recycling crate (purchased by ME) GONE! I called and was told they do not recycle paper anymore. Period. So the driver must have thrown it out! Of all the companys going ""green"" I would expect more from my trash service. I cannot wait until this contract is up for a re-bid!
Cons: Poor Service NOT A GREEN COMPANY!!
