Excellent Service!! I had always taken my Honda to the dealership so when I was told to get the catalytic converter replaced at a muffler shop I had no idea where to go. I found Mad Hatter on the internet and read a few reviews so I called. I spoke to Victor and he was great. But the lady of the shop was the angel who sealed the deal for me. I'm a single woman and she understood my hesitation with trust. I had a lot more that needed to be done, like an oil leak, broken windows... and they said they could do it all. She said she knew exactly how I felt and wanted to assure me that every customer, every woman, would be treated honestly. And they are HONEST! So they looked under the hood, actually under the car. When I saw the underside of my car I was amazed at the mess I saw. Oil was everywhere, both CV Boots were cracked, etc. The mechanics took the time to explain everything to me and they worked hard to get it all done by the time I had to run to the other side of Tampa to pick up my cats from the VET. I got excellent prices and no more oil leak!! They are top notch. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. I TRUST them! They are my Auto Repair shop now. No more worries. THANK YOU!
