I recently moved to a new home in Staten Island with an in ground pool. Had a above ground before and was happy to find out that the place that I have been going for years, Grecian Pools, specializes in Ingrounds. Was very nervous with the pool because I have two children but they installed a safety fence and the pool eye alarm and felt more at peace. When They came by to install fence, theyshowed me how to use my equipment because it was so different than my above ground filter system. They had a great selection of cleaners, bought my Polaris 9300 and I never had to vacuum my pool again. But the real reason that I am writing this review is that over the winter, the weight of the snow broke my safety cover. Nervous about my children, I called Grecian. They came out, cleaned the snow off, pulled the cover off, redrilled anchors and reset my cover. In the snow and cold, they came through and saved the day. Thank you Nick, John and Matt for all you help. You have a customer for life!!!!
