Review content:
The owner Suzy McLaughlin came to a local school to offer band instruments for sale or rent. The owner's flyer clearly stated that they will work with bad credit. I asked about renting an instrument and prefaced this by indicating that my credit was ""not that good"". The owner refused to even take my application and stated in front of other parents and students that I ""could not afford"" the instrument and that I had a ""problem"". I became very embarrassed and offended, and the band teacher even approached the owner to address the situation as the band teacher was under the impression that bad credit was not an issue as long as you had a credit or debit card. The owner Suzy McLaughlin gave no explanation for her behavior. The owner refused to extend an application to me to check whether my credit would qualify and slandered me publicly. I would not recommend this business due to the appalling lack of professionalism and terrible treatment of potential customers. She made value judgments and narrow-mind assumptions regarding my situation, and made no effort to apologize. I have also contacted the parent company she represented, Bringe Music, and am awaiting a response.
Cons: Unprofessional, discriminatory, slanderous
