My experience at Scuba Quest in Orlando was absolutely amazing. It was refreshing to get real customer service that has not faltered since the time I entered the shop. The passion and fun infused into their professional classroom is motivational and energizing; this company is to-the-point and AWESOME at what they do. I can not wait to dive with them again! I knew I wanted to scuba dive but, after more than one negative experience in the water, I was feeling apprehensive. Signing up for my Open Water Certification, with Scuba Quest's instructors T. Robert Pigott and Juan M. Polanco, was truly one of the best decisions I could have made for my scuba diving training. They are very professional, helpful, and willing to do what it takes to get you ready for diving. Even Jairo I. Serna Casta?o, the owner of the scuba shop, often joins students during their dive to aid in instruction and enjoy a day of diving. The classroom and pool sessions are fun and offer you the chance to get used to your equipment, and breathing, under the water. They offer low-priced certifications and push you to buy your own fins and mask, which increases your comfort during the class. This also motivates you to continue diving after you finish your certification. They give you great discounts on equipment, specialty/advanced classes, and you'll find that their character and personalities alone make you feel safe and calm during the entire course. Our class had a variety of aspiring scuba divers ? including a son and father duo, some couples, and lots of divers looking to network with other divers in the area ? such as myself. The charter we went with, Little Deeper Charters, is popular with dive instruction and for a good reason. Their wonderful crew will load and unload all of your equipment, and their boat is easy to enter and exit from during your dives. They are safe, professional, and offer you a great day of diving. No worries about surface swims or dangerous conditions ? they follow you and are right there to pick you up at the end of your dive. They help you move around and get your equipment ready before and after the dives, allowing you to save all your energy for the best part. They also offer plenty of detailed briefings ? one day out with the Scuba Quest Orlando and their charter took away all my fear and allowed me to relax and enjoy the experience of swimming with the fishes. I HIGHLY recommend this experience to anyone looking for something new and fun to try. I was pretty nervous at first, but the staff's passion and knowledge at Scuba Quest Orlando has only pushed me farther into my diving addiction. But don't just take my word for it ? go sign up to see for yourself ? you'll meet new people, see new places, and learn to explore a whole new underwater world.
