Madera Canyon is an absolutely beautiful place. I had stayed at the Santa Rita Lodge once and it was fine. Recently, I reserved the house used for parties and receptions. I had a very bad experience with the manager of the Lodge. She changed the terms of the rental contract based on a petty personal issue with someone I considered hiring as a caterer. I found the manager to be very unprofessional and not easy to get along with.
