Review content:
The quality of the furniture we ordered was below par. The feet were crooked due to the way the fabric folded under the sides. We back-ordered an ottoman. 4 months after we had to call looking for it. Then it had the wrong feet on. They said they would order them. They called 2 months later and said it was ready. Went to pick it up and they sent it to West Hartford location without telling us. Drove there...feet were not corrected or even ordered. Called back and went to pick up. Feet were crooked as well. Said they would deliver it free and then said we were lucky they didn't charge us for the feet!
Cons: customer service, lied to, quality of furniture
