Review content:
I went in there looking for a deluxe Cad Bane star wars costume, but they only had the cheaper version. As I was asking the store clerk if they had it, she showed me Star Wars Lego discounts at 20% (she first told me 33% off) off. My son has been wanting this for Christmas, so I thought I might as well buy it now with the discount. She (clerk) also gave me and extra $5 card discount off my next purchase, so I thought I was getting a great deal. But as I looked at my receipt I noticed the price seemed kind of high, considering I had a 20% discount. So I went to Target and notice the same item was $5 cheaper than what Toys R Us was charging. So I was actually paying the same price. Then I notice I wasn't even getting 20% off, as the item I bought cost $44 ($39 after discount) That means I should be getting around $9 off. So when I went back to Toys R Us to point it out to the clerk, she said her register computes the discount, and that is what it is. I kept telling her that is not 20%, so then she said something moronic. ""Don't call the computer a liar"". So anyway, I returned the item and got my refund receipt, but guess what. I just notice my credit card has been charged, but it doesn't show a refund. Tommorrow I will call them and straighten this mess, but you can see Toys R Us has phoney discounts, and morons working at this particular store. You be the judge!
