I wanted to thank you for your response to Megan and I's concerns about the Park Forest Ave rental. We are happy with the replacement of the shower, installment of the carpet in the closet and investigation into the leakage that has caused the paint on bathroom ceiling to peel. It is nice to see that you care about the property and the tenants. I know that there is some pending repair to the roof but I now feel confident that it will be properly accomplished.
