I had a friend who always had her car serviced here and I always felt she was being taken. The last time she had her car in for a transmission fluid change she was told transmission fluid was all over her tranny and she needed a new transmission. The service mgr. and mechanic tried to tell me that the can diagnose a bad transmission without dropping the tranny. They showed me the fluid and I told them to take it off the lift, that we were taking the car. To my amazement that asked if we still wanted the tranny fluid changed ! When I checked car myself Ifound the transmission had been overfilled causing fluid to leak out over bottom of engine. This was 2 years ago, my friend has since moved to Va. and is still using the same car.
