Review content:
My therapist recommended I see Mary Lou for my depression. I was battling through real depression and had been prescribed medication by my family doctor. He's a great guy, but as I was still having some difficulties, the recommendation to see Mary Lou proved invaluable. By my nature, I do a lot of research on things, so I was finding out what I could about anti-depressants. Frankly I was skeptical and concerned about taking them. The ones my doc prescribed were pretty good, but Mary Lou listened very carefully to what was going on with me. She listened through my tears. She told me what she was thinking and why she was going to try a different regimine. The result was that the medications she put me on really did help my situation. I found her to be a truly caring person. If you need medication to help you through depression, I strongly recommend you see Mary Lou.
Pros: Knows her stuff. Professional. Warm. Genuine.
Cons: hard to get in to see. She's pretty booked up, but worth it.
