*I've decided to edit this review from my original review because upon returning for next visit, I was very disappointed!* Problem#1- They didn't schedule us for pedicures at the same time the way they said they would/could when we called. That was kinda the point to begin with. Problem#2- My solar nail fill was awful. I really hate to be so hard on Kevin, but it was like he went above and beyond for my initial appt (trying to prove how wonderful he was- which he was) BUT THEN on my next appt, he rushed through it and filed my nails way too thin and VERY round and narrow-->Completely wrong for my nail beds. I asked him to not make them round or too thin, he said ""your the boss"" and attempted to fix them...but I still ended up having to refile them later. *You should also know before you go that he uses solar gel used instead of the buffing cream. I understand what he dislikes about it (leaving little black dots in the nails) but dispite what HE claims about the gel retaining the 'shine'... not true. Shine doesn't last as long and it shows every scratch, flaw with in the first week. My nails are thin and were lifting & cracking that SAME DAY. Sorry Kevin, I had high hopes, but left very disappointed :( Pros: great the first time, horrible the second Cons: not consistant, doesn't listen to clients
