Shady Lady has a wide array of sun protection products - hats, sunblock, clothing, etc offered at decent prices. I have two main gripes with the company:
- The photos shown on the website aren't representative of the products. It's great if you show flattering photos, but that means you're going to get a lot of returned items.
- That leads to my second gripe about returning products. Shady Lady is very helpful when you're purchasing items and not so helpful when you're trying to return them. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.
Good products; bad online retailer you should avoid.
