OMG!!!! I have never experienced a worse service any where else in my life!!! We walked into the dealership and saw the car that we wanted, an 08 G35. The sales person approached us and we talked about the car a little and thought it's time for negotiations. This guys was crazy!!!!!- by all means!!! As we sat down, he asked me to fill out the sales form- with all my info on it. As i was very hesitant to do that- we started asking him for the price of the vehicle, he kept on saying that first fill out so that I know your serious about the purchase then we will talk about the price.... I refused - because i did not want to sign a contract with no NUMBERS-PRICE on it.... At this point i got really upset and asked for a different sales person to help us and I wanted to see the manager... Let's just say that the other sales person was very nice and trying to help us, but the INDIAN guy - i don't remember his name was rude- sales tactics were to trick people. NO-i did not buy my car from this dealership as my trust in them was out the door. I did not want to spend my 40k here. By all means - if you go there- stay aways from the Indian guy-he is rude and does not know how to deal with customers who are there to spend there hard earned $$$$. The manager and the other sales people are nice but still not worth the aggrevation on buying a new car and being upset about it.
Pros: Empty dealership - you can take your time
Cons: Tricky Sales Tactics
