Review content:
This restaurant and it's staff seem to follow the personality of it's leadership in it's ability to provide great customer service to those frequenting this establishment. The food is exceptionally great and the decor is warming. This in itself adds to the experience of a great family dining experinece. As a frequent restaurant visitor, customer service is of utmost importance to me and my family. I can't say more of this establishment and it's ability to make one feel like you are at home! Bravo for the food experience, but moreso the feel of the comfortable, relaxing environment ! Go git yo El Chico at this Sherman location!!!
Pros: Best customer service in the Metro area!
Cons: Not enough free incentives....
