My daughter made appointments for her bridesmaids on her wedding day several months in advance. She was assured that there would be a table for her to serve champagne and make the morning festive. When she arrived, there was no table, instead the group was continuously ""shushed"" and made to feel unwelcome. The FACES Spa knew this was a group of young women about to be in a wedding. Luckily the mood of the spa did not spoil the beautiful day. I would not recommend this spa.
Pros: Nail techs did a good job
Cons: Desk staff and manager condesceding and uptight
