Review content:
Have tried several times to do business at this michael's in rivergate. Disappointed everytime I walk in there. Messy store. Poor management. Very unhelpful! Tried to get a mat for our picture frame and could barely get the lady behind the counter to help us and when she did she pointed us in the direction of the mat cutters to cut our own mat. Had a question about other items and needed help. Waited around for 10 minutes waiting for someone and they never came after we asked for help. I'll never do business with them again!!
