I have been going to Naz Kupelian for over twelve years - long before he opened his own shop in Lexington. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Naz and his staff have been pleasant and welcoming without fail. I have NEVER been treated rudely, and in all the years I have been a customer, I have never seen evidence of anything but friendliness. They always ask for my input before coloring or cutting, and though they may make suggestions, are willing to adapt to my needs. They go out of their way to fit me in, since I often make last-minute appointments, & I have never been kept waiting for more than a few minutes (although I'm guilty of keeping THEM waiting occasionally). The staff are all highly skilled and knowledgeable, and I have never been pressured to purchase anything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
