Review content:
I was lied to by Wayne Frier management and staff numerous times. Was promised many things, including work to be done, times, dates, furniture delivery. Was disappointed each and every time. After you close, you are just another number. They could not deliver what was promised. I had to beg for everything that was done and when I was told I would get a phone call, it never happened. I had to do ALL the follow up phone calls. I do not ever want to deal with these people again. I was contacted by 2 people regarding my issues as they were going to buy their mobile homes and I told them do not attempt. It is a lost cause. It is the ""same ole, same ole"" type of business. AFter the closing, you are pretty much on your own! Cons: typical business practices
