This place sucks real bad. This is the worst apartment complex i've ever lived in and the people in the office have no idea what they are doing. They are more interested in your application fee and your money than anything else. It takes Them forever to come and fix anything that is wrong in your apartment. I have met people here that have moved in and in 2 months moved out or broke there lease because of the management and bad environment. They charge an arm and a leg on the water bill and the complex is right by the sewage plant and theres a horrible smell that comes from there every single day and its hard to breath and tolerate the smell. They had fixed the pool 5 months ago and its already messed up. They did a horrible job at fixing it. They just fixed the gym after 7 years. There is no privacy because the gate hasnt been fixed correctly. Management doesnt handle problems properly. (childish like behavior).. Im as well having problems living in the complex and im living in a few months..
