Review content:
My friends and I are scheduled to go to Montreal this weekend but the experience is already bad. The travel agency's prices may be cheap but their information on the site are often misleading. We paid our fare in July only to have them call us the week we are going that we have to pay $5 dollars more due to the USD weakening. Having no choice to do so, we have to comply. In other words, it was extortion. Then they notified us that we only paid for 4 rooms, not 5 the next day. They didn't notify us earlier and waited until we couldn't change it. Save yourself some frustration. Go try another agency or drive yourself up to Montreal.
Pros: ""Cheap Prices""
Cons: Misleading information, price raising, frustrating rep.
