Businiess name:  Advantage Team Home Inspection

Review content:
The Inspector; Ron Meadows told me how important it was to get the inspection I needed before buying my home. I thought it would be quicker than the time he had estimated over the phone of about 2 hours. My home has several bedrooms, and about 2000 square feet, so he said this was a average timeb ased on the size of the home. It did take about 2 hours, and this was becausehe was very thorough. Even though I had an agent, he let me know that he was working for me, and not the realtor. So as I followed him throughout the home, he noted some issues that were more safety concerns, and that would have to be taken care of by he current owner of the home. There was a basement, and I found i that if anyone would be sending a certain amount of time down there, that a radon test should be done. In the long run, I wound up saving time and money. He found that the radon levels were higher than they should be, and that a radon system would need to be installed, which the current owners of the house wound up getting done, since this was a safety issue also. I also learned that along with the smoke detectors in the home, carbon monoxide detectors should be installed also throughout the house. Lately there have been people who have died from carbon monoxide, and since you can't smell it, every home should have this now. I learned alot from using this inspector, and encourage others to do the same. Pros: Scheduling, cost, knowledge
