I'm not too fond of sushi myself, but my husband loves it. So I was determined to find the best of the best. We've been to many sushi bars/resturants before, but this place was by far the best! Like I said, I don't like sushi, but Hiro (the chef) made me some sushi he knew I would truly love. The blue crab roll was the best. I suggest everyone who goes there order it. The whole thing just melts in your mouth with ever bite. The shrimp rolls are good too. With just a hint of wasabi spread under the shrimp and rice, it goes great dipped in soy sauce. Even the California rolls are different from your ordinary sushi bar. Hiro uses real crab meat. No immitations here. Top your meal off with a ice cold japanese beer and your set! Pros: Fast service, Friendly, Fresh meat Cons: Crowded on Friday
