Review content:
The hairdresser I was assigned to as a new client was rude and rough; she responded briefly when spoken to and practically yanked the hair out of my head. She seemed angry from the moment I walked in, and the general atmosphere was somewhere between cold and snooty. This is not what I go to a salon for. I would never go back.
