Review content:
I have never worked with an more uncooperative rental agency. They have poor customer service, poor customer communication, poor maintenance service and make it as difficult as possible for the renter to have an enjoyable place. If we ever had a problem with maintenance (toilet not working, leaking ceiling, driveway flooding, just to name a few) we would have to call at multiple times and often the situation would not get fixed. And if they did come out they would not leave you any notice so you had no idea if they were there or not. They are completely unwilling to negotiate any terms of their contract. When you contact their office the secretaries are extremely rude and unhelpful. There is basically only 1 person in their office who can do anything and she is difficult to get a hold of. They are unwilling to help or do anything to make your experience an enjoyable one. I have this is my 5th company I've rented from in Champaign and the 1st one I would not recommend to anyone. If you rent your building through them I would strongly recommend finding a new agent if you want happy customers.
