Review content:
From the initial call to the completion of the service, Daffy Ducts and their representatives were professional, communicative, and thorough. In the beginning, the sales manager sufficiently explained the process and presented a fair price, compared to the industry average. There was good communication and the sales manager followed up with me to compete for the job. Having a service provider that displays a willingness to compete for your business makes a difference.
When service technicians arrived, they were punctual, professional, and thoroughly explained the process. The service technicians got to work immediately and systematically worked the supply vents, registers, and returns. My family and I chose to stick around the house while they completed the job, and it was not a problem at all. We stayed out of their way and they ours. The service technicians did a great job communicating with us each step of the process and, when complete did a great job cleaning up.
In summary, Daffy Ducts performed a thorough and necessary job in a very professional manner, with a fair price. I will use them again in the future.
