I signed up for a boat rental for labor day weekend and paid for it ahead of time. Once the day came around I find out that I95 Exotics messed up my reservation and didn't have a boat available. I was upset but Romy (the owner) offered me a partial credit if I reserved for a future date. Thinking that was a good deal I agreed to reserve for fourth of July weekend. My friends and I had a great time with our rental except for the fact that the 18' Searay bowrider decided to not start half way thru our rental. After several attempts to start it we called the company and they sent a tow boat to haul our boat back to the dock. Even still we forgave the problem. Two weeks later they put a $375 charge on my credit card. I've called the company FIVE times and left messages and have yet to get a call back to explain that charge. I am still waiting for a response from the owner as there is absolutely no reason for this charge. It really sucks when companies treat customers this way!
