I highly recommend North Beacon Auto Body over any other body shop. Unfortunately for my poor car, I have been to them many times, 3 times just this year alone (terrible luck sometimes driving in the city). My car has suffered some pretty severe damage, and every time it looks as good as new.
It is family owned, and they couldn't care more about their customers.... honestly, how often does the guy fixing you car actually care about saving you money? In this case, they do. Let's get real, I am a young female, and a prime target for mechanics/body shops to rip off. My first time there, I was happy to realize that they actually charged me less than I had thought I was going to pay. And they are quick, even when they have to order parts I've never waited more than a week for my car. If no parts need to be ordered, it's usually only a day or two. They will even give you a ride to the nearest T stop when you are dropping off your car.
Basically if you want the best service, people who care, and to NOT break your bank, please go to these honest guys!!! I can't say enough good things about my (many) experiences with them!
