This was my first experience with professional movers and they were wonderful! My move was a long distance move?from Raleigh to Philly?and Mark was great in discussing my furniture and the details beforehand. He always responded to me quickly and was easy to reach any time I had questions.
On the day of the move, Mark and his team arrived in Raleigh at our arranged time and were very quick and methodical about moving and packing my things. Once we were in Philly, they were great about working out issues with parking the truck (I moved in on a very busy street near Rittenhouse), and they quickly moved my whole apartment across two lanes of traffic and up four flights of stairs. Everything arrived in tact, not a thing broken.
All in all, it was a great experience! They were friendly and helpful, but also very professional. I will most definitely use Broad Street Movers on any future moves!
