I just saw the Best Of Citysearch list for Indian Restaurants and was surprised that Kebab Factory wasn't listed there. Instead, there were quite a few awful restaurants which I wouldn't step into again! Bottomline, BOC reviewers have no clue what good Indian food really is! I have eaten at their buffet and ordered off the menu, and both were excellent. The place does get crowded on the weekends at lunch - so either go in early, or be prepared to wait a bit! Unlike other Indian restaurants, their buffet menu changes often - all the more reason become a frequent visitor!
