Today I took my four kids and my mother to go see Rio at 12:30. I wanted to enjoy a movie (with) my kids as time getsreally shor once they start school in a week. I have had decent experiances in teh past with this theater but not today. We waited about 20 minutes to buy popcorn and soda since only one girl was working the concessions when we arrived. There were multiple employees standing around at that time. The lobby was filthy and once we entered the theater it only got worse. You had oversold your show....there were not enough seats for the tickets. I had to sit seperatly from all my kids, many of them sat alone. We did secure a seat for my mother and my youngest child together. The other children and myself had to sit next to strangers with no one from our party anywhere near. 2 of the seats we found were broken and we were slipping off of them, there was fum on the floor under my moms chair, which she and my daughter stepped in. The sound was bad for the movie, there was constant cracking and popping, and lines and floaters on the screen. I spoke to the manager and recieved a full refund and left about 20 minutes into the movie. The manager who could have been no more than 18 refunded me without a problem, she was however rude, and never offered an apology. I will never grace your theater again. Not to mention, I will tell everyone of my bad experiance at your theater. I guess its true...you really do get what you pay for!! Shame on you St Andrews!!!
