My husband and I ordered a bedroom set there almost three months before we got married. They told us that it would all be in two-three weeks from the order date. We got our bed and nightstand in fast and there was nothing wrong with it. They told us that our dresser was damaged and tried to sell us the floor model. There was a scrath on the floor model so we said no and told them to order us another one. They ordered us another dresser and called me almost three weeks later when it came in. I went to go inspect before we went to pick it up (seeing as to how last time my husband had to drive 45 min to pick it up and it was damaged, having to drive 45 min back home empty handed just because they hadn't checked the furniture before we came to pick it up) When I arrived they ushered me back into the warehouse assuring me that this one would not be damaged, well it was. So he said that he had another one in. When I looked it at, it was damaged as well and my husband said that it was the first one that he had come to get. So they ordered us yet another dresse, four weeks later it came in with no damage. Due to the amount of time it took for us to get the damage we requested a discount. They agreed to this and they said that they would have it ready for me in two weeks. I called them three weeks later because I had not heard a reply and they hadn't even ordered a refund. Not only are we still waiting on our refund but it has been almost 6 months since all of this started. Still waiting on my refund. Also, almost every time I went in they would all balme each other for the mistakes and they got into a very loud and unprofessional arguments in front of me and both had very short tempers. Not to mention that the store manager was slamming things and yelling. NOT A GOOD ENVIROMENT, NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Cons: Had a terrible time getting my merchandise.
