I have found that as far as wait times, either on the phone or in the office, are about the same compared to other places. Most of the nurses are pretty nice and professional. I have only had one issue with the doctors and it has me questioning whether to stay with them or not. I brought my son in one afternoon with a 103 fever among other issues. My daughter had just gotten over the same sickness the week previously and she had been given antibiotics to kick it. I was told that he just had a bug (even with the exact same symptoms as my daughter) and was sent home. 5 hours later I was heading to the ER because his fever spiked to 105+ and I was unable to keep it down. He was diagnosed with pneumonia. We spent 10 hours in the ER room and in the end, were given the same exact antibiotics that my daughter had.
