I have only been with them a Year, and yes the front office staff of nurses daughters and relatives it seems think they are too good to be of any help , and really can't offer much info.. I love the Docs they are right on, and very attentinve, but the nurse are hateful, I hate to say in a hospital setting they would be eaten alive by the veteran nurses I subject myelf to dailey, I once called to schedule an appointment , with one of the little girls up front, She put me on hold , and then I get this nasty RN. Who thinks she is going to talk to me any way she wnats , tone of voice and all, if I could find another place I would go, not sure I won't keep looking
