We met this man at a business function and he explained how he could save our firm thousands of dollars in accounting fees,we should have know better(it sounded to good to be true)At the very start we had problems with him and he blamed it on our old accounting firm.I later found out that he was having one of his office people do all the work and charging us for a CPA to review our books.We had to pay thousands of dollars to the goverment for his mistakes and to top it all off he tried to overbill us and even threaten us to get paid.Well it turns out that our attorney is bigger then his and he gave up trying to collect his fees,but not without threatening us with all kinds of problems down the road
