My most favorite things to buy for myself and to receive are kitchen things. I love pasta presses, spatulas and baking sheets way more than anyone should! And this is why I was very excited to stumble across this place while on my lunch break. Maybe because I was dressed in scrubs or perhaps because I am a twenty-something on Bainbridge, but I was not given the time of day. Not ONCE but several times did I walk in front of the two ladies manning the front counter in an otherwise empty store. Neither of them even glanced at me let alone said hello or goodbye or asked if I needed help finding anything for the entire ten minutes I was in the shop. It's not even that they were busy, I was the only customer in there for the majority of the time. Bottom line, while they have a pretty good selection at not alarming prices, go elsewhere unless you're are in dire need. After talking to several people about this shop, my experience sounds like the norm. I can only hope that one or both of these ladies are the shop owners, because I cannot believe they could pay somebody (especially in this economy) to act like that.
