I went here once and I am NEVER going back! This is the worst customer service I have ever received at an auto repair place - and that's saying a lot! I was told to go to Lee Auto Center for an emissions test from one of Lee's competitors down the street (GoodYear) because they were all booked for the day. They said I could wait in line at 7:00 am so as to not be without my car for the rest of the day. At Lee Auto, I was told that I was being an inconvenience because I did not have my emissions renewal form from the DMV and because of this, he'd have to enter my VIN into the computer twice (boohoo). He then said that if my VIN was entered incorrectly (isn't that why they ask for it twice?) that it would be my fault, but that he wouldn't enter it in incorrectly on purpose (wow... I assume as a favor to me?... I proceeded to do a double-take). After the test, I asked a simple question about why my emissions report had the wrong vehicle make listed at the top of it (I thought this would be a problem w/ DMV). The same attendant proceeded to yell at me in a foreign language (who knows what he said) and had the other attendant ""deal with me"". The bottom line is, these guys are short with you, rude, and have no concept of how to treat customers (especially first timers). I recommend the GoodYear down the road from this place (just past 66 heading on 29 south). Their rates might be higher and their waits might be longer, but I am somebody who is willing to pay a little more for trustworthy employees and good customer service.
