Went into the Bennington Staples recently looking for a laptop. I was helped by a Easytech associate named Johnathon. He was very helpful and friendly. I am in my 50's so i'm not too keen on all the new things today. I have been into this store before for a free tuneup before, and I wasn't happy that the tuneup is not free anymore, but Johnathon explained to me that the new tuneup service is actually two services rolled into one now so for only 10 dollars it is actually a good deal. So instead of being upset about the situation I am actually happy about the new tuneup service. I brought my computer in for the tuneup and it is working much faster now, was definitlely worth the 10 dollars.
