I am amazed anyone could give this establishment a bad rating. Yes, it is a Mom and Pop, small business. Thank goodness some still exist. Look at the positives. Yes, no checks or credit cards excepted...but it keeps the prices low and the lines moving. Desserts by Kelly has the most yummy scones, cookies, and cakes. We had a chocolate egg cake that was beautifully decorated recently. I was so proud to serve the cake to my visiting relatives and guests during our holiday meal. Everyone said it was the best cake they had ever eaten!
Pros: The most delicious desserts!
