Less than stellar credit, the need for a vehicle in a pinch, and stress...other local dealerships played games with us, trying to get us to finance something we didn't want so they could make their quota for the month. In frustration, we took a wrong turn in to the West Hills auto complex and it was the best ""mistake"" we ever made! Freddy was a patient sales person, the finance department worked their tails off, and we ended up with a family vehicle (08 Dodge Caravan) that is both quality and within our budget. West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge just became our dealer of choice for future vehicle purchases, service on the van, and referrals to our friends and families...THANK YOU West Hills CJD!
