We Loved Emily and we LOVE our rings. My fiance proposed with his grandmother's wedding ring and I also had my grandmother's wedding ring. So, we wanted to design a new engagement ring using the stones from the other two. Emily was fantastic. We brainstormed together and eventually came up with the PERFECT ring. We used all the stones from the first two and GLJW even cut the setting out of my grandmother's ring and put it in the new one. I get comments on my ring constantly. Even better, it's a symbol of both of our families that also reflects my style. And, I know we couldn't have done it without Emily. We never felt pressured to make decisions or to go with an idea she had. In the end, we bought both wedding bands and the engagement ring from GLJW. Don't even think about buying a ring somewhere else before visiting GLJW. Pros: Creativity, customer service
