Review content:
I had been going to this range for several years now, and after today I will NEVER STEP FOOT THERE AGAIN! The grass is non existent, the golf balls are older than I am, and it is poorly maintained. I have chosen to deal with all of the major downfalls due to how close it was to my home but after my experience today with the old guy running it (not the grandpa) I will never be back.
First, if you put a lake in the middle of a driving range and someone happens to chunk a few balls into the water it is your fault and you have no reason to say a word to them! You are talking maybe a dollar's worth of golf balls that were lost and you choose to yell at your paying customer to stop? This is piss poor customer service.
Most people to to a driving range to WORK ON WEAK POINTS of their game and you choose to get an attitude because someone is not hitting the ball out where it is easy for you to get up and go them?
I will never step foot back here again due to the horrid conditions and the hateful customer service and I suggest everyone hear my warning. This place is the worst in NKY.
To the ""gentlemen"" working there- I am sorry you had to get up from your chair and watching the indy race to come grouch at a customer. No worries though me nor my family will ever be back thanks to you. And it is obvious you need my money because you were upset about a dollars worth of golf balls in the middle of your lake.
