Review content:
Was forced to choose at least one star. These people made us live with mice for 4 months and did little about it without us complaining constantly. After complaining about having 28 mice in our clean home, they evicted us mid-semester, mid-month for ""being unable to satisfy our living conditions"". They never asked us to pay a pro rated rent and threatened to take us to court for the unpaid rent. 2 out of 3 room mates paid and they decided they could take the 3rd ones from the security deposit. This was never an option given to us and we paid $1000 for a security deposit which well covered all 3 roommates prorated rent. Now I am reading they charge you on top of your deposit and bill you for all kinds of stuff. SO, I am currently waiting for the next step in the saga. NEVERRR SIGN WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY HAVE BEEN RUDE, UNFAIR AND DISRESPECTFUL THE ENTIRE TIME.
