Notice! May's has changed hands! It's now a terrible restaurant! My wife, daughter used to eat at May's all the time. On Dec 12, 2012, we ate there. The menu on the wall behind the counter was gone, replaced by a paper menu showing the various dishes, but no prices. We did not know of the new owners, so did not know to ask about prices, nor did we suspect anything. When we got the bill, we were charged $62.45 for THREE bowls of soup. This is NOT a typographical error! YES! $62.45!! Under the original owners, this meal would have been $20-25. Customers are charged by the ingredient! Even the hot sweet soy milk is gone! I'm still in shock as I write this tonight. We'll miss the original owners. I'm sad to say we will NOT go back. $62.45 for three bowls of soup is totally unacceptable.
