My partner and I had just turned one of our investment properties in Tarpon Springs into a rental. This property had huge potential...looked great on the outside, plenty of room plus a swimming pool. The big problem was the inside. The walls in the bathrooms and living room along with the rugs throughout the home were like a war zone. The rugs were the big issue because it looked like animals had been using the rug for their business for a long time plus there were serious food stains as well. I started checking with some of my other partners to see what type of carpet cleaning Tarpons Springs might offer. As it turned of one of the real estate agents we work with suggested High Steam Carpet Cleaning. They were local and very affordable. High Steam Carpet Cleaning came out to the property and did a fantastic job of getting the carpets cleaned up. This was huge because we had to build appeal to our potential renters. We also ended up using the company to do some carpet repair work in one of the bedrooms. The other cool thing was that the company came out to do a free demo so we could see they were the real deal. These guys work a pretty wide area; so if you're looking for carpet cleaning in Tampa, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs or need some carpet repair work done check out High Steam Carpet Cleaning. They do awesome work and I recommend them highly.
