My experience with Caliber started on June 2nd. For the first three weeks there was absolutely no progress. I was passed back and forth between two people who insisted that neither one was assigned to my case. After the debate one man stepped up and told me that the other person had ""dropped the ball"" but he will take care of it.
The fourth week I was given a date telling me my car would be ready, which it wasn't. They had found some more damages and it would be an additional week. The following week I got a phone call saying that the parts were ""shipped wrong"". Add another week. After that, there was yet more damage. Add another week.
There have been 4 separate assessments with the insurance company. They have been working on my car for nearly two months now, and I am still driving a rental.
I have never had to wait this long for anything in my life before.
I will never take my car to Caliber Collision, under any circumstances again!!
