From administrator Paige Ryan, she belittles residents, ignores them if they do something that upsets her and does not permit them to live in their home as they wish to. Marketing Director Natalie Ireland demeans residents by telling them what they cannot do as if they are grade school kids. She makes it her business to try and meddle in residents personal affairs.
