I've been going to this location for more than 3 years now and I gotta say it's the best in Winder. Where else can I get $5 for a pant hem? and Young is always willing to give you a nice discount if you bring more than one item in for tailoring. She even has a discount card if you spend more than a $100 at any time.
Pros: cheery owner and great prices
Cons: sometimes she falls behind schedule
